YO HO AND AHOY EVERYONE! This post is our catchall gathering place for all new and old players to meet and greet. Introduce yourself and the character you're bringing in, giving us whatever info you feel comfortable with! Don't forget to join the Discord server if you haven't already! Hello Everyone!

This is Megan, finally bringing in a second character after dithering for who knows how long!

This is Flynn Scifo, from the video game Tales of Vesperia! Flynn is the childhood best friend/narrative foil of the game's protagonist, Yuri Lowell. He's a capital K Knight, embodying everything about chivalry and goodness and is just a really good guy. Who is also a workaholic and stringent rule follower and really should probably learn how to take a vacation. Please help this guy learn to lighten up?

He's a Paladin in the game, because he is honestly the most Paladin Paladin to ever Paladin. He's going to be annoying about it.

Flynn is a brand new voice for me, so we'll see how this goes. I also have Roxas in the game, but he's on hiatus for this month (if you want him for anything, feel free to hit up his inbox).

I would love to have this Paladin's Paladin cross paths and potentially butt heads with this sky pirate at some point! Flynn is likely to remind him of his former companion Basch, with all that knightly honor and responsibility he's carrying around. Someone has to teach him to have some fun, clearly.

Please! Flynn definitely needs someone to get him to take a vacation or relax or something. He carries too much responsibility for his own good.

Hello friends! Christine here, player of Lace Harding (eternalhymn), bringing in Balthier from Final Fantasy XII. Balthier was here for a few months when the game first opened and will remember his earliest corsair ventures, so if there are any who crossed paths with him back then who would like to recognize or be recognized by him, by all means! Otherwise, this scoundrel is getting something of a fresh start, something he could use after the events of canon.

Balthier is an infamous sky pirate who is said to be the bravest pilot in all Ivalice and known for being exceptionally difficult to catch, meaning the bounty on his head is rather high these days, especially when one takes all the kidnapping of royalty into account— even if it was by request. Though he played a large part in the salvation of Dalmasca and restoring its queen to her throne, he has remained a man on the run, preferring a life of freedom to any responsibilities that staying still might saddle him with. He is an expert engineer with a reputation for being able to either charm or shoot his way out of any given situation, which will certainly serve him well here. As a pirate, he'll be fitting right in with the Corsairs.
