CR WORKSHIP: MAY 2025

Our CR Meme CR Workship is where players can drop all the cool info for their characters and try to plot with others to continue existing or create new CR. Be sure to look over the MANTA Board as well as current events if you'd like to include them in your post.

We also include a designated toplevel for Crew Recruitment where players can make OOC ad posts for others to either join or request to join or make a crew. This is all for OOC coordination, so you'll have to figure out how it works ICly.

If you have multiple characters, make an individual toplevel for yourself with your player info and comment to it with each character separately.

About: Former detective turned space batman turned right hand man of the savior of the galaxy. He has a really deadpan sense of humor. Kind of an asshole, but unfailingly loyal. The best gun calibrator in the Milky Way. Also a seven foot alien with a gun the size of a child. He took a rocket to the face and lived. Generally, he's pretty grounded and practical, doesn't really care much for magic and all that, and always down to shoot problems as they come. Even if those problems are fish.

He can't swim.

PLANS

General:
Garrus is part of Zelda's crew, and, as a result, will go to bat for any of those aboard the floating circus. Long term plans mostly include helping out with the ship, the crew, and trying to help wrangle it into something like working order. Possibly looking for a really, really big gun to attach to the ship. Tangentially involved in a couple projects here and there - personal plans, pitching in for bounties, that kind of thing.

He's not looking to go back home any time soon for uh. Personal Reasons. So he's just rolling with things as they come.

Event:
Well someone is going to learn to swim for the first time. By turning into some kind of big armored mer-turian. And I will laugh. That's about as far a plan as I have so far, but I am down for launching him into just about any shenanigans. I'll have more of an idea when the event actually... drops haha. I am still super willing to backtag the previous event here if that's of interest!

Canon: Just before Tearstone Island
Armada: Paladin

About: Elf, monster hunter, expert wood carver, griffon guardian and Grey Warden. The latter meaning he has evil monster blood in him and can fight them more effectively than normal people. It also means one day he's going to go crazy and turn into one, but that's beside the point. Wears shirts with very deep V's. Doesn't like magic despite living in a magical realm in canon. Also he has a griffon he eventually calls his son. But you never heard him say that.

PLANS

General:
In general, Davrin's been mostly enjoying time here. There are bounties to take, new monsters to study, and plenty of opportunities to train his griffon, Assan. He's taking it in stride, even the magical parts he doesn't particularly like. That's eventually going to kick him in the face with the realization: you're going to be here a long time and things are probably going to hell back in Thedas. Oops.

Event:
I... have no solid plans for Davrin for the upcoming event until it really drops. Definitely want to get him involved in the underwater city, or hunting the missing Leviathan, that's something he'd definitely throw his lot in for, hunting is his JAM. Like with Garrus, I'm always up for shenanigans and new CR, and still tagging his past event TL if it's of interest!

i'm like bleary-eyed staring at all the NEW STUFF today but i think i want to throw neve at tracking the missing leviathan, so maybe that's something they can do together (maybe with lace too). just a veilteam outing, love that for them! also continuing to Not Talk About the future re: neve's memories...

I feel like perhaps they could get along (or even her and Garrus)! Her father was from a magical other realm that has things like spirits/griffons/dragons and she's also dealt with people who have had evil monsters in them and has had one in her before too.

but shes definitely going to be looking for things to get into so idk perhaps they could run into one another while trying to get involved sometime? I am awful at plotting suggestions sometimes
