ENABLE ME TIMBERS: OCTOBER 2023

YO HO HO EVERYONE! This is an ATP/EMP post where players can make cast requests for people to app into, or make ads for characters they are considering bringing into the game. It works like any other ATP/EMP, but we do have a few things to note down:

» Invitations are required to reserve and apply! But you can go ahead and post to the ATP/EMP post with a note you need an invite. You can either rely on a current player for help, or you can directly request an invite from the mods.

» We have a 50 player cap, but since this is only our second round and allow the public to request for an invite, we have temporarily upped it to 65 to give more breathing room.

» Players can only app 2 characters at once with a max limit of 3 in game. But since this is an ATP/EMP, feel free to put more if you're having trouble deciding!

» Our Game Info should cover everything you need, from basic premise summary to the nitty gritty details of the game mechanics. If you have any questions, post them there.

» Just want to make it clear that this is not a claims page. While we give priority to whoever is on the Reserve list, we do allow app challenges, and there is no rule against multiple players TDMing the same character. Of course we don't want there to be too much conflict, so everyone please be polite no matter who it is.

» TDM is Friday, October 13th. This TDM will double as our Halloween event, but we will include a traditional "starter prompt" for TDM specific characters. Everything will be carried over as canon!

» Reservations open Wednesday, October 25th.

» Applications open Wednesday, November1st.

Izuku is the cute hero boy of a shounen anime about being a hero. He's a determined and reckless boy who will go to great lengths to help and save people even if it costs himself a bunch of broken bones. He's also kindhearted, strong-willed and intelligent. He can be soft, very nervous, a bit shy and prone to muttering. But under it all is a boy who will literally go feral to do the right thing.

There's no question he would fit in with the Paladins the most! He would be into protecting others, upholding laws and discovering and researching new things! Izuku is also naturally talented at analysis and note-taking so he's seriously equipped to be a researcher! And since he's a giant nerd and also dummy strong he would be a great addition to any Paladin ship who needs brains and brawn.

Also I have a dream of him learning potion making or something like alchemy.

Alchemy partners!! That's going to be so cute they can learn together!

Right? (It'll be especially helpful to have someone handle the knifework. She probably has a wooden knife by now, but... slow-going.)

He's decent at cooking so it shouldn't be too hard to learn about alchemy, right? Science is science!

I would love to arrange Midoriya going a round or two against Nappa at some point if all goes well, just because a Saiyan vs. One For All bearer fight would be immensely cool, and they are absolutely the types who would throw down against each other.

Nappa is totally the sort of guy Izuku could justify breaking a few bones to beat.

AND HE WOULD TOO (I always want to break his bones in rp, let's be real) are you planning on Nappa being a bad corsair??

More or less! He's basically already a space pirate working for Frieza, and the natural Saiyan response to just about any situation is to do violence at it, so Nappa not only won't look askance at raiding or battling, they will in fact be his go-to options.
