YO HO HO EVERYONE! This is an ATP/EMP post where players can make cast requests for people to app into, or make ads for characters they are considering bringing into the game. It works like any other ATP/EMP, but we do have a few things to note down:
» Invitations are required to reserve and apply! But you can go ahead and post to the ATP/EMP post with a note you need an invite. You can either rely on a current player for help, or you can directly request an invite from the mods.
» We have a 65 player cap.
» Players can only app 2 characters at once with a max limit of 3 in game. But since this is an ATP/EMP, feel free to put more if you're having trouble deciding!
» Our Game Info should cover everything you need, from basic premise summary to the nitty gritty details of the game mechanics. If you have any questions, post them there.
» Just want to make it clear that this is not a claims page. While we give priority to whoever is on the Reserve list, we do allow app challenges, and there is no rule against multiple players TDMing the same character. Of course we don't want there to be too much conflict, so everyone please be polite no matter who it is.
» TDM is Friday, October 18. This TDM will double as our Ghoul's Moon event, but we will include a traditional "starter prompt" for TDM specific characters. Everything will be carried over as canon!
» Reservations open Friday, October 25th.
» Applications open Friday, November 1st.
» Use the following codes to write up your character or cast ad!

Preferred Armada: Corsair...but also considering Paladin
STILL TENTATIVE but I will attempt the TDM at least!
Sword daemon samurai boy who is very chill and loves to fight. A lot. He's one of the rare daemons capable of maintaining his human form due to his ability to stay rational as well as testament to his strength of will and determination. Once hell bent on vengeance, I'd be taking him post-game so he'll be able to settle down easier. Rokurou is also just a really fun guy and I think he would have a lot of fun in this setting, especially with all the different foes and monsters he can just busy himself with. Plus, he's used to being on ships and part of a pirate crew.
So Corsair is an obvious pick but I did consider what if he went Paladin because he does have his codes and honor. If not for the reason why he became a daemon and his preference for an independent lifestyle, he really could have fit with the Paladins. So that all said, it would be a funny twist if he was a Paladin despite very much not properly fitting the image of one as he is lmfao.
EITHER WAY as I said very tentative as I continue to judge my load and stuff, but I'll see how he does on the TDM! If not this month then maybe later

ATP Big Hero 6
BIG HERO 6
Do you play from the superhero nerd squad? Maybe a parental figure or someone from the show? Then join us to form the Escordvi Big Hero 6!
We have Hiro and Tadashi, along with tagalong Baymax (played by the Hamada bros muns). Tadashi is aware of his death in canon, so no need to break the news to him - just enjoy your extra time with him! Hiro is from post-movie (so a little bit into the series), and Tadashi is just before death.
There are lots of teen heroes to guide and magical science to explore!

hello im going to post two in one commentIntroducing... Professor Cyrus Albright, scholar and charmer extraordinaire, who is only cognizant of one of those two things! You can likely guess which one. A deeply passionate and dramatic academic who can really yap your ear off, Cyrus loves learning, teaching, and completely missing social cues, especially from women. He acts as a mentor figure and role model to many younger scholars, and to several of his companions, whether they enjoy it or not!! I love him!
One time he was so absorbed in reading a book that he didn't notice his neighbor's house was on fire. That's the kind of guy you're courting here. Here's my favorite text post for you.
Preferred Armada: paladin there's no question on that one
On the other hand is...Rondo, a young Knight Ardante who serves and wields the Sacred Flame as the Flameguard! Rondo is a paladin to his core - a lawful, protect-the-weak type who is recognized as capable of wielding the Sacred Flame canonically, because of his "untaintable pure heart". He's got a sunshine personality and can be a little bit of a doofus. Just a real golden retriever kind of guy. In shitposts.
TL;DR, i might try to some travel some octopaths here, either from the main game or from the mobile game! hi.

tentatively, since I'm so rusty with RP, but... Zenyatta is an omnic monk who left his order so that he could change the world with action rather than dogma. Now he satisfies his adventurous streak by wandering the world, trying to mend the rift between man and machine- generally through kindness and insight, but occasionally by kicking ass. Outside of that, he's gentle, friendly and just a little bit too curious for his own good.
he also has a sixth sense for lost souls and is excellent at playing therapist whether they like it or not, so uh fair warning. hope you're ready to do yoga and cry a lot

ATP FF VII ( FS / BC / CC / VII / VII-R / ACC / DoC )
Final Fantasy VII
We've got a solid cast going, but there's always room for bigger and better.
There's always room on Cloud's crew on the Avalanche, where Tifa, Aerith, Cloud, Zack, and Nanaki currently are, running the new 7th Heaven Bar & Grill. Without the specter of ShinRa looming over the planet, the crew has been able to really relax and settle into a new, normal routine. It's been a much-needed change of pace, and there's always room for Cid, Barret, Vincent, Genesis, Angeal, Sephiroth, Evan Townsend--and who could forget good old Reeve Tuesti?
Reno continues to carry out his duties as a Turk, though he's been (mostly) behaving as of late, so not many are privvy to the dirty deeds they've done. He has been missing the other Turks pretty badly lately, and any one of his friends would be a godsend to him.

Preferred Armada: Paladin
The goodest boy. The sweetest bean. Soft-spoken and gentle, both in voice and demeanor, but firm, decisive, and courageous. For all of his virtues, Takeuchi likes her men to be damsels in distress, so he'll largely just be good moral support and continue his work as an advisor. I would absolutely work up to having Pegasus be a regain companion.
Preferred Armada: Corsair
A bad boy that's only bad because he has to be to get by, otherwise he's a total mama's boy and tends to be a cocky, crass golden retriever. He runs an underground fighting pit and sits pretty at the top of it as the undisputed boss, and he's had to crack a few skulls to get there. It's not something he's proud of, but he's not ashamed, either. He doesn't care to fight, but he's never backed down when push comes to shove. All the money he gets goes to making sure his mom never goes hungry again.
Help me I cannot decide. I'm enjoying the way Reno is coming along, but it can get exhausting having to be more mindful about threads and directing things around sometimes. He's also not someone who's very emotionally available, despite how friendly he can be, so it can get frustrating trying to find time to push him out of his emotional comfort zone and develop deeper bonds when it's so natural for this character to just keep doing the work he's so used to doing. Reno is such a tough nut to crack, especially since being so is necessary for his job. If anyone wants to plot with that tho, feel free to hit me up.
Anyway. I sort of want a muse I can just play fast and loose with and do as I enjoy. If I see a prompt I like, I just hop into it. Plus both of these muses, while they can be guarded, are more apt to open up, and it would be easy and fun to hop onto them and tag around. It's just a matter of whom the community has the most interest for.
I feel like Sett would be the most fun to explore and would fit into the setting the best, but the persona he's developed and his crass nature might make him a little harder to get along with or approach. Meanwhile, Helios would be extremely lost in the setting, and while he keeps to himself, is otherwise very friendly and warm.

Tentatively considering Richie Faulkner, High
falseProphet of the Trawler-man.He's from a world beset by gods, monsters, and humanity's true enemy: rampant capitalism. A mix of cosmic and folk horror, where one man's miracle is another man's nightmare and divinity is present in every aspect of daily life--from your morning coffee brought to you by the Grindinglord to your lights powered by the Saint Electric.
He has a fraught history with his own faith and relationship to his forbidden and capricious river, a god as likely to drown you as answer your prayers.
He also has homicidal tendencies and a carcinisation themed messiah complex. But at least he's got country charm?
Oh, and he never learned to swim. He'll have an excellent time here, clearly.

Preferred Armada: Possibly Corsair, but can be persuaded otherwise.
Ever wondered who the mother of Huey, Dewey, and Louie were? Look no further, because this is she! A headstrong, stubborn adventurer who loves danger and has a heart as big as her beloved plane. She’s an ace pilot who thought that would translate into being able to perfectly ride a rocket-ship safely – but it didn’t, and as a result she crashed on the moon, lost her leg and had to make a new one out of the ship parts, and was stuck there for over ten years before she could fully repair it and return home to her family.
Yes this is canon. Yes this is Disney ducks.
She will either mother the shit out of you or drive you crazy with her genre-savvy abilities. I had asked on plurk who folks wanted from my roster, and the unanimous decision was “bring us ducks!” so if Della’s not scratching your itch, I also have DT17 journals for Daisy, Storkules, Magica, and Poe! (“mel wasn’t he in that show for only five minutes?” Yes and shut up.)
However, if you’d like your feathers a little more classic, I’m also considering…
Preferred Armada: Could go either way – he’s a Justice Duck, but also had an AU episode where he was a pirate!
Daring duck of mystery, champion of right – if you skipped the 90s, Drake Mallard was an ordinary man who craved the spotlight and decided the best way to grab it was by becoming a superhero. Instead of super-powers, he uses his smarts and neat gadgets, so like Batman without the dignity and insane riches. He’s also a single father to a rascally daughter and is dating a hot witch. To quote, he has “the ego the size of a small planet”, so while he is technically a hero, he is also technically a pain in the ass.
On the flipside, I also have a Morgana McCawber journal from the same show, if you’d rather have a femme fatale fowl who uses magic for crimes and can make a delicious dish that looks disgusting.

Preferred Armada: Paladin would be best fit but Corsair would be hilarious
Griffin is a tiefling Eldritch Knight fighter from an Acquisitions Incorporated TTRPG campaign set in modern-day New Orleans. He's a big sweet himbo who loves everybody and doesn't afraid of anything. Except maybe math tests, but he graduated from high school ten years ago so the math tests can't hurt him anymore.
Meta trivia interlude: His INT modifier is +0 because my DM (AKA ANT) swore it would be funny, and wouldn't you know it, he was right. It's easy to play a (sort of) spellcaster with no modifier as long as you pick spells that don't rely on said modifier to function, such as Mage Armor, and Protection from Evil and Good. Also it helps that his main spell is, as the username implies, "Sword," which doesn't require any spell slots at all and relies on his STR modifier, not his INT. :)
Griffin is the secretary of a small PI firm known as Jericho Investigations, a group of magic folk based in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States, Earth Realm. In this universe, normal mundane humans aren't aware that magic folk AKA tieflings, gnomes, warforged, etc, exist, so five of the six members of this investigation team wear magical glamors that allow them to appear fully human when they're out and about in New Orleans. However, a lot of their work takes them all over the six known realms, so he's pretty well-traveled and has seen (and fought!) a lot of shit. Unlike some of his coworkers, though, none of the bad stuff he's witnessed has made him cynical - it's just made him more determined than ever to help however he can! To sum this guy up, he's basically a big beefy infernal golden retriever.
Also he plays rugby. Or he would, if he could get a team together.

An immortal high elf who partook in many great adventures from a classic 90s fantasy anime, Deedlit is a powerful shaman and swordswoman who soloed an elder dragon. In her younger years she was the love interest/companion of Parn, the first Knight of Lodoss (the Accursed Isle, not as shitty a place as you might expect for having that name), who helped fight the Empire of Marmo.
But that was a long time ago.
For the last century or so, Deed's been living in the Forest of No Return (Lodoss needs a better tourism board), having mostly retreated into isolation after Parn did what humans are really good at and died of old age. She had an entire Metroidvania devoted to having to deal with her grief at having lost him and all their friends (Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth, you should look it up, it's good.), so she's shed most of her impulsive, flighty nature that you may remember from the OVA and series by the time someone comes looking for her. I'd be taking her from The Crown of the Covenant manga, where she acts as more of a mentor and guide to Parn's successor as Knight of Lodoss, Prince Lyle.
Getting back out into the world would be good for her, and give Deedlit the drive to actually start taking an active hand in helping and protect people again as a Paladin. While she's not much of a sailor, her whole deal as a shaman is elemental spirit magic, so her water spirits will definitely be getting a workout.

NAPPA'S BACK (hopefully)! I got burnt out from my soul-crushing service industry job and found Escordvi too much to keep up with, but I'm out of it now and my tag drive has been all the better for it, so I wanna bring this big lug back and have another go. You may notice I have left it Undecided as to what Armada to roll with him was, as my original plan was to have him go straight Corsair, but this no longer interests me. I've become aware of a much bigger injustice that needs correcting; namely, that Nappa should have lived and had a redemption arc long with Vegeta! This is not entirely driven by Team Four Star, but also I just think it was a missed opportunity all around that could stand to be corrected. So whether not he he ends up Paladin or still becomes a Corsair is up in the air at the moment, whichever would work towards rehabilitating him. Not reforming or taming him, but just developing Nappa in a better direction than unceremoniously being killed by his boss and forgotten about, haha.

Have you ever thought "You know, I want to see a version of the Little Mermaid where Ursula is an anime boy?" ... Probably not, but hey, Twisted Wonderland has you covered anyway in the form of Azul Ashengrotto, a student of Night Raven College that acts as Housewarden of Octavinelle, the dorm dedicated to living up to the Benevolence of the Sea Witch. Azul runs a restaurant on campus called the Mostro Lounge, and he is friendly and helpful, known for granting any wish one desires through a very legitimate
and totally not a scambusiness contract that can be made with him, just sign on the dotted line right here and don't read the fine print too closely...In case you do read that fine print though and/or try to dig into further details about the person you're making deals with here, you'll find that Azul is actually quite greedy and does not do anything for free, only really willing to help if there is something he feels can be gained out of doing so. He hates debts and will not allow one to go unrepaid, and will not let you try to weasel your way out of it if he has reason to believe that you owe him and vice versa. Although, he doesn't have his
muscleassociates in the form of Jade and Floyd flanking him here, so he'll have to deal with trying to get by without them. He is also an octomer, but takes potions to help him maintain a human form and would prefer keeping what he really looks like as secret as possible... which will probably be difficult to do in this setting for him, but by god is he going to try for as long as he thinks he can feasibly get away with.(no subject)

Silco is the best dad ever. The End.
Seriously, Silco is a manipulative controlling authoritarian business man who exists in the shadows of his own city to propel it towards a freedom it wants but regardless of the pile of bodies that he has to leave in his wake to do so. He is a vicious and ruthless drug lord who is shrewd and highly effective at getting his way.
Though that being said, he's probably rarely stepped foot on a boat given his love-hate relationship with water. His nation of Zaun is an underground city full of toxic people, places and environment, so clean air, non-polluted water, and physical activity will definitely make him miserable. On the other hand, he's an A+ dad with deep traumas.
Who wouldn't want crime daddy on their crew?

ATP- Ranma ½
RANMA ½
Fitting I post this on the day the anime remake's coming out. For a couple of months, I have been introducing the chaotic nature of Ranma's world to the inhabitants and the world of Escordvi and causing some mayhem here and there. But you know what they say: the more, the merrier! I play Ranma as a mixture between anime and manga canon, so anime or manga-based characters are more than welcomed!
Currently, it's just the pigtailed jerk who is a Corsair. Ranma himself is currently apart of the PLUS ULTRA crew with all the other shounens, and they're more than welcoming to any others. Especially to people Ranma's familiar with.

Back at it again with the momkey. I originally planned on TDMing her in August. Then my new job's schedule put a roadblock in that, so I unfortunately had to shelf her until a later TDM. That is this one, hopefully. Gine is the wife of Bardock, and the mother of Raditz and Kakarot, whom you all may know as Son Goku. Unlike the rest of her family and Saiyans, Gine never had the drive for combat. She had too much of a bleeding heart to actually want to fight, needing to be rescued multiple times during conquers when she was on Bardock's crew. Because of this, she retired and became a simple butcher away from fighting and away from combat.
Gine's been one of my top contenders to bring to Escordvi, and with her future grandsons being here, you know I'm obliged to have their grandmother meet them. She'll still be reeling and getting used to being alive, having just died right around where I'm taking her, but other than that, she'll attempt to make a living her for the time being, maybe join a crew or find somewhere to put her culinary skills to work.
Preferred Armada: Also undecided atm, possibly paladin?
Guess who has brainrot for a new musical they discovered recently and decided to hastily make this journal? Me, it's me. EPIC is more-so a musical concept than a full-fledge musical, retelling Homer's The Odyssey in various sagas starting from the Troy Saga (taking place after the Trojan War like in the original epic) up to currently the Wisdom Saga. It's really freaking good, I highly recommend it.
Like in the original tale, Eurylochus is the second-in-command to Odysseus. Pragmatic and hardened by their experiences, as their venture back home to Ithaca continues to prove perilous between gods invoking their wrath and monsters standing in their way
and then Eurylochus goofed and opened the bag of winds just before they got home and set them far back for more years, he's the one who tries to bring Odysseus to his senses and calls into question his blood brother's decision and leadership. Which eventually leads to him staging a mutiny after their passage through the Lair of Scylla gets a little... bloody. And if you know how the original Greek epic goes, you know that Eurylochus and the rest of Odysseus' crew do not have a happy ending.Oh, and in this iteration, Eurylochus carries a giant anime sword, i.e. like Guts or Cloud Strife.

Not so local alien with a bounty on his head and terrible reputation that often proceeds him chases his genocidal brother across a planet that can only support marooned human life by utilizing an entire species as supply generating batteries. There's also giant worms.
Kind of, anyway. Vash is a human loving pacifist who happens to be a really unreliable narrator and bad at letting people in. He's also really bad about getting involved in things because he's a busybody and likes helping others. He's got really drastic luck, things either go really well for him or, most of the time, kind of NOT GREAT. There's also his temper...
I haven't really decided on a faction for him because I can see the pros and cons of either, but I love the idea of getting him into this setting because it's so drastically different from what he's used to.
Overall my intentions with Vash are to challenge his morals and psychotic (and impossible to live up to) ideals (neither of the twins are sane at ALL) while also getting him to make connections with people and open up a little by cracking into the armor he's built up for himself.
I generally take him pre-swimmy swim because after that things in canon get real fucking dire. I also plan on slinging him on the upcoming TDM, too!
