ENABLE ME TIMBERS: JUNE 2024

YO HO HO EVERYONE! This is an ATP/EMP post where players can make cast requests for people to app into, or make ads for characters they are considering bringing into the game. It works like any other ATP/EMP, but we do have a few things to note down:

» Invitations are required to reserve and apply! But you can go ahead and post to the ATP/EMP post with a note you need an invite. If you know a current player, they can comment here to submit their invite for approval. Direct requests to the mods are currently closed.

» We have a 65 player cap.

» Players can only app 2 characters at once with a max limit of 3 in game. But since this is an ATP/EMP, feel free to put more if you're having trouble deciding!

» Our Game Info should cover everything you need, from basic premise summary to the nitty gritty details of the game mechanics. If you have any questions, post them there.

» Just want to make it clear that this is not a claims page. While we give priority to whoever is on the Reserve list, we do allow app challenges, and there is no rule against multiple players TDMing the same character. Of course we don't want there to be too much conflict, so everyone please be polite no matter who it is.

» TDM is Sunday, June 16th. This TDM will double as our Latrommi Event, but we will include a traditional "starter prompt" for TDM specific characters. Everything will be carried over as canon!

» Reservations open Monday, June 24th.

» Applications open Monday, July 1st.

HASEGAWA ZENKICHI

For those not in the know Zenkichi hails from the sequel-spinoff of the main Persona 5 games - namely Persona 5 Strikers. A jaded cop in his forties who is struggling to find the meaning in his work due to everything that happened in the base game and then some, he teams up with the Phantom Thieves initially to solve the new Change of Heart cases that crop up in Strikers. Of course things aren't as simple as that, and the same applies for Zenkichi, who finds himself far too attached to the group of rugrats who are nothing like what he'd initially expected...

Anyway, he is more or less the modern day Persona series' first actual adult persona user (aside from a certain somebody in P5R cough cough). His persona takes the form of Valjean, the main character in Les Misérables, and in combat he uses a mix of greatswords and dual revolvers. Oh, and he also uses Almighty element attacks... not that it really matters here lmao.

Honestly I'm not too sure if I have the spoons to have more than one character at all, but I have always loved my ossans and I think he would be pretty fun here! But yeah its still up in the air, so don't pin too much hopes on me haha.

Naoto has totally bullied him in the Drama CD.

They can commiserate over good kids getting involved in criminal cases and dealing with losing their partners.

at least naoto's one of the better ones!! and one is still better than 9...

but yes it will be find to have them bond and commiserate for sure. i'd like to imagine that post Strikers Zenkichi will have definitely looked through the Inaba case with new understanding so he'd probably know Dojima via reputation from there...

Yeah Dojima looks Professional Enough for people to think twice about bullying him. Zenkichi... not so much HAHA. But its okay its part of his charm.

hnnnnghhh I WILL THINK ABOUT IT SOME MORE. But I will at least try to slide something on your TL when the TDM/Event drops.

There's something funnily ironic that my first character's deathly afraid of cats, so I planned on possibly bringing in another cat into this world.

"All is fair in love and way -- and business is a little of both." A motto Honey lives and breaths by. CEO of Honey Clothing, she is a fashionista and designer at heart, with a long line of fabulous wears such as the Dream-Casters. Upbeat and determined, she stops at nothing to get what she wants with nearly no lengths she wouldn't go to. This is the same cat who joined a fighting tournament with her main goal to be advertise her products. Of course, she did want to help save the world too, but business talks more than the world.

Yes, she is a living reference to the character of the same name from Fighting Vipers

SHANTAE

Preferred Armada: Undecided, possibly Paladin

If there's anyone who'd fit in a pirate's world, it'd be Shantae. Crying out loud, her arch-nemesis is a pirate she faces on the daily. Even taking that out, during a period when she lost her magic, she took up the mantle of acting as a pirate to save her town. Pirate jargon and lingo included. (Spoiler alert, she wasn't good at the pirate talk)

Did I say magic? That may have to do with the fact that Shantae's a half-genie, and her town's Genie Guardian. With a ponytail she can crack like a whip, magic, and transformative dances, she's Ret-2-Go! on another adventure involving pirates and scallywagging and booty!
