SAIL WITH ME: JUNE 2024

An abbreviated version of our CR Workship! Same concept, just a lot smaller. If you have multiple characters, make an individual toplevel for yourself with your player info and comment to it with each character separately.

We also include a designated toplevel for Crew Recruitment where players can make OOC ad posts for others to either join or request to join or make a crew. This is all for OOC coordination, so you'll have to figure out how it works ICly.

About: Princess of the fantasy kingdom of Hyrule which is constantly being threatened or destroyed by the same green-skinned asshole (or sometimes the abstract concept of said-asshole's ceaseless hatred). Zelda grew up under tremendous pressure to awaken her divine powers and save everyone from destruction, but she failed and everyone died. One self-sacrifice and 100 years later, Hyrule is saved (for the moment) and Zelda gets to recover from her trauma and be happy... until she gets sent back in time and to do it again.

Generally, Zelda is a bright and friendly young woman who really, really likes science and has a bad habit of trying to sacrifice herself to save her kingdom. She will get all up in your business and make herself your problem whether you want her to or not.

PLANS

General: Zelda is still pretty new, so I'm mostly focused on settling her in and building some CR. She's discovered that this place is a fucking treasure trove (pun intended) of cool technology and ancient ruins and she's basically tripping over herself to get in on that.

This month, Zelda is scheduled to have a run in with her archnemesis Ganondorf and it's gonna be a bad time. In the long term, I've got dick and all planned. Waiting to see how things go with her before committing to anything like a crew.

MANTA Board: I am pinged by Starships, Gold and Gears, Book Bites, and the Special Investigation! my brain is turning to mush atm but hmu and i'll be happy to actually churn out some ideas lmao
Event: Not gonna TL or anything, but I might tag out. After last month's buffet of meat idk how she's gonna handle lover island rofl. I'll mostly be skulking around to pursue CR. I don't have any immediate ideas so i'm just gonna go with the flow

Yes! Miriam has Carabosse as a familiar here. She mostly helps find things breakable walls and takes potions out of Miriam's pocket to heal her when she's busy at Not Dying in combat.

Carabosse also sits on the shoulders of anyone who stands still long enough. So if Zelda's busy taking notes on ruins or stars she could get a flying pink cat perching on her.

I do not yet! They admittedly take me a long time because I end up staring at a blank page for ages like "uhhhhhh what are you people here for again", haha. Would an IC inbox thread work better?

TLs are hard to write! Even when I've got ideas or I've plotted stuff out, I still end up staring into the middle distance for hours. inbox thread will work fine for me! Zelda's got an inbox floating around, unless you'd like me to write a starter in which case I can come to yours

I can write a starter! Do you have any location preferences? The quest seems pretty open ended as to the where part.

Somewhere on Eltrut would work best for me. Zelda hasn't really been straying too far from there since she arrived. She's still crashing at an inn and realizing she might have to actually work for a living like a normal person.
