ENABLE ME TIMBERS: APRIL 2024

YO HO HO EVERYONE! This is an ATP/EMP post where players can make cast requests for people to app into, or make ads for characters they are considering bringing into the game. It works like any other ATP/EMP, but we do have a few things to note down:

» Invitations are required to reserve and apply! But you can go ahead and post to the ATP/EMP post with a note you need an invite. If you know a current player, they can comment here to submit their invite for approval. Direct requests to the mods are currently closed.

» We have a 65 player cap.

» Players can only app 2 characters at once with a max limit of 3 in game. But since this is an ATP/EMP, feel free to put more if you're having trouble deciding!

» Our Game Info should cover everything you need, from basic premise summary to the nitty gritty details of the game mechanics. If you have any questions, post them there.

» Just want to make it clear that this is not a claims page. While we give priority to whoever is on the Reserve list, we do allow app challenges, and there is no rule against multiple players TDMing the same character. Of course we don't want there to be too much conflict, so everyone please be polite no matter who it is.

» TDM is Monday, April 15th. This TDM will double as our First Tides event, but we will include a traditional "starter prompt" for TDM specific characters. Everything will be carried over as canon!

» Reservations open Wednesday, April 24rd.

» Applications open Wednesday, May 1st.

SHE DOES!! GIVE ADVENTURES!!!! the last time i tried to send her on adventures was Inc and WOE

which is making me consider picking an earlier canon point for her than Song because LOL that ended up being so much sadder than I expected!

oh that's a good point!! earlier totk maybe? incensed crau-- no i think it's becoming clear i gotta pick a time point where link knows who ganondorf is, but i could easily do something before the final dragon's tear

yeah i also feel like i want zelda to know more about ganon than "the mummy she found under her house". (EVEN THOUGH STRAIGHT UP BEGINNING GAME BEFORE TIME TRAVEL DOES KINDA APPEAL TO ME.) i'm leaning towards something before sonia's death

i have this idea in my head that both of them knowing the other is there, but having to actually go searching for them, would be really fun. the big reunion would be a thing!! for me, the canon point that works best for that is any time after she goes into the past. but that doesn't mean the canon points can't be different for each of them of course!

omg kinda like what we did in Inc where zelda was there for like a week or smth before she and link just accidentally ran into each other? them knowing the other is there and having to go searching for them would be AWESOME

and oh yeah fs fs, i don't mind if their canon points don't match up. i'm thinking more along the lines of like how much emotional baggage am i gonna make zelda bring with her?
