SNAIL WITH ME: APRIL 2024

An abbreviated version of our CR Workship! Same concept, just a lot smaller. If you have multiple characters, make an individual toplevel for yourself with your player info and comment to it with each character separately.

We also include a designated toplevel for Crew Recruitment where players can make OOC ad posts for others to either join or request to join or make a crew. This is all for OOC coordination, so you'll have to figure out how it works ICly.

About: Benedikta Harman is a woman who is all about her survival and self-preservation first and foremost. Having climbed out of the depths of a cruel and terrible youth, she ascended to a place of power within the Kingdom of Waloed after being rescued, both by way of her talents in subterfuge and swordplay, and awakening as the Warden of the Wind, the Dominant of the Eikon, Garuda, which allows her to wield powerful wind magic. She is the Commander of Waloed's Elite Intelligencers, and is fiercely loyal to King Barnabas.

However, not everything is as it seems with her. She is loyal, yes, but to a fault, and is stung by the bitter bite of betrayal. She is ruthless, unkind, only cares about her own skin, and resents the world for what it has done to her. But deep down, who she really is is a woman who has looked and continues to find love and validation in all the wrong places...

In short: she's a mess. :)

PLANS

General: Again, sticking to closed stuff this month as I gear up for May.

• As you may have seen on the calendar, there is a player plot signup going up on the 27th for "Benedikta Harman's Very Bad Day". More details will be available on the post itself, but she will be priming into the full form of her Eikon, Garuda, and will be wreaking havoc across the leviathans. I'll be allowing people to interact/thread with her, so if there is anything that people would like to happen to their characters that I can facilitate, we can hash out details. Signups will be limited, though... for my own sanity.
  
• She's going to be breaking Cid out of his bounty one last time, and things are totally not going to go south, nope—
  
• Still working on that "freedom" thing. After living in servitude her whole life, she doesn't understand what it's like to live on her own terms, for herself, so she's going to be trying to reconcile with that in a number of ways. Basically, Benedikta is on a journey of "finding herself", so to speak.
  
• On that same note, Benedikta killed the slaver from the Price of Freedom questline the other month, and she had found several other women that he had "employed" as well, and took them in under her wing, so they are now working aboard the Enterprise II.
  
• Cid and Benedikta also adopted a baby owl named Bidowlfin, so the crew might see him around the ship/island.
  
• Still working on trying to find that relic that will close the rifts before anyone else does.
  
• If anyone wants a bounty over their heads, she is an easy person to target. She's hella petty and would put a bounty on anyone's head for the tiniest reason, so she's your gal!
  
• Still want her to steal a ship with someone and then maroon them on an island. :D
  
• She'd be open to doing any of the crew quests once the log goes up!
