Character: Tifa Lockhart Canon: Final Fantasy VII Remake, post-game, right before Kalm Armada: Paladin
About: Tifa is the "Mom Friend" if there ever was one. She is a kind, empathetic, patient, protective soul who is always looking out for others. Sociable and friendly as she can be, she's much more reserved than she appears—she never wears her heart on her sleeve and keeps her emotions close, and prefers to talk about anything but herself. But don't let her shy, timid exterior fool you. She is a savvy business woman who ran a bar and can kick a lot of ass, too.
Internally, Tifa is carries a lot of grief and anger, and has had plenty losses in life, is incredibly self-critical, and it's because of this that she is always pushing herself to do better. She'll always try to think things through first and put on a smile for others, but deep down beneath all of that is a woman still struggling from her past. In spite of her anger and her past, she is still always trying to do the right thing and to help anyone in need, and treat everyone with kindness, regardless of who they are or where they come from.
Abilities: Tifa is fully trained and skilled in hand-to-hand combat (think Final Fantasy Monk) her main weapon being her gloves (ranging from knuckles to claws). Tifa utilizes the use of materia to perform magic. Depending on what materia she has equipped, she is able to use various types of magic: elemental, healing, buffing, debuffing, and protective. There are also special summoning materias that can call the different summons to fight alongside her. She has Ifrit equipped on her at the moment. As for her tattoo, she'll be specializing in fire magic as that's the materia she came equipped with upon crash-landing in Escordvi! I might have her switch her tattoo to water in the near future, though, and keep the fire materia.
PLANS
General:
Tifa is now part of the Avalanche crew aboard the Seventh Heaven! So she'll be out at sea more often, as well as docked regularly in Eltrut or on Elah. Feel free to come visit her, she's probably cleaning or in the kitchens, or training out on deck.
Speaking of training, my big goal for Tifa here is to open up her own dojo! A place for her to teach the things that she learned, and pass on Zangan's legacy to others, as well as her own style and technique. That's still in the works, but something that I'd like to see come to fruition this year. Maybe in the spring. Until then, she's just mulling over that idea.
She has a warrior cat, so anyone who also has a cat should come be friends with her.
She'll be canon updating sometime in March (REBIRTH SOON AAAA!), so that'll be fun. I'll probably do some sort of open post or something when she gets back, depending on how things with that game go. Ahaha...
Those are my big plans for her. Otherwise, she's just going to be helping people, staying out of the way, laying low, etc.

Event: Some things that caught my eye for her (which is literally everything but you know). I'm planning to top level with her, but here's a few ideas of what to expect/what I'm open to! I'll be including some MANTA stuff too.
All of the winter activities! Ice fishing, skating, stargazing, snow bats! No winter exploration as I already have plans for that, though!
Hot springs: fire drakes and drake eggs, waltz of the penguins, SAVING THE TURTLES!!!
Volcano: the fire sprites, old relics, fire horse! She won't be very good against it with only fire magic but she can still fight!
CR Dreams: Anything and everything! Tifa is very easy to get along with, so really, I'd love all kinds of CR. What I can offer in return is a mom/big sis figure, a kind/patient/loving/understanding friend, a kickass martial artist, a great cook/bartender, and just an all-around good person. Mainly, I just really want her to make more friends here.
Etc.: Just a heads up that class starts up again on Monday for me, so I'll be back to being a bit slower. Farewell, vacation...
