ENABLE ME TIMBERS: JUNE 2025

YO HO HO EVERYONE! This is an ATP/EMP post where players can make cast requests for people to app into, or make ads for characters they are considering bringing into the game. It works like any other ATP/EMP, but we do have a few things to note down:

» Invitations are required to reserve and apply! But you can go ahead and post to the ATP/EMP post with a note you need an invite. If you know a current player, they can comment here to submit their invite for approval. Direct requests to the mods are currently closed.

» We have a 65 player cap.

» Players can only app 2 characters at once with a max limit of 3 in game. But since this is an ATP/EMP, feel free to put more if you're having trouble deciding!

» Our Game Info should cover everything you need, from basic premise summary to the nitty gritty details of the game mechanics. If you have any questions, post them there.

» Just want to make it clear that this is not a claims page. While we give priority to whoever is on the Reserve list, we do allow app challenges, and there is no rule against multiple players TDMing the same character. Of course we don't want there to be too much conflict, so everyone please be polite no matter who it is.

» TDM is Saturday, June 14. This TDM will double as our "Sticky Situation" event, but we will include a traditional "starter prompt" for TDM specific characters. Everything will be carried over as canon!

» Reservations open Tuesday, June 24th.

» Applications open Tuesday, July 1st.

Just wanted to pop in and say how much fun I'm having threading off Namine. I'm stoked to see you put in a reserve! ^^ God I have no idea how to swing it, since her powers are so ambiguous but I wonder if you'd be able to work a deal where she sketches something from the Captain's Log, since we get it so early OOCly each month. (Like this time would have just been a sketch of a snail or a volcano ect. Nothing ever quite specific lol)

It could be a fun way to keep some of her Seer potential intact. Like maybe the Leviathans are so powerful/influential it trickles into her visions? I'm just musing heh.

Oh, let me know if you'd like to keep any manga continuity too; I like to sprinkle bits and pieces of it around myself, but only as long as it doesn't contradict the games/I know the other player wants something.

oh thank you!! I've had a lot of fun too! haven't played her in forever so I've been super nervous and hopeful that it hasn't come through in tags lmfao

her powers really are so ambiguous that I'm pretty convinced even they didn't know what to fully do with her haha which is a shame because I thought there was so much potential with her abilities and the whole seer/witch thing for her to be something unique. Plus I always liked that part where she mentioned she wanted to actually learn and use more powerful magic than just screwing around with memories.

BUT that's what RP is for isn't it? That would be really cool to ask them about! I've definitely got some ideas that I've been tossing around

I do remember really liking the manga's character moments (and some of it's really silly moments) though it's been forever since I've read them. but I'm always good with keeping in whatever adds to characterization/relationships!

an edit to say I remembered one thing if you're cool with keeping it, I really loved the part where she tried to sew his coat back together and did the uh...most #shetried job ever

YES! Haha that's exactly the part I was thinking of too! That combination of "wow, you're doing something nice for me" "You are not good at it" was so sweet and funny. We can definitely keep it! It slots in like a deleted scene before Riku lets them go anyway.

And yesss exactly; nothing like rp to bring out a char's full potential. It'll be really cool to see Namine come into her own a bit more. (And yeah they most definitely had no idea what to do with her lol whatever you come up with is bound to be as valid as canon. That's what happens when Nobody's were just too beloved to be written out of the narrative.
