About: A spooky quiet man, solemn and serious- No-nonsense but hides a deeply sentimental side. Originally a government spook, Vincent whored far too close to the sun and wound up as an off-the-books experiment, spliced with some pretty gnarly monsters, and sealed away for 20 years. Canon happened and he developed an attachment to a rag tag group of ecoterrorists and saved the world, twice, with them. Nowadays he keeps himself to himself but oops, the worst of all of these monsters (Chaos) is winning control over him. Of course he hasn't told his friends. It's something He's Going To Sort Out via tattoo, hence MANTA quests. Oh, and he's also 62 years old.

General: I'd really like this to be the last month Vincent is a liability re: Chaos and tbh I'd kind of like to go into this before it's fixed! Other than that I'm very down for threads with both cast and non-cast players, and I'm flexible. I can do more or less anything, and this guy needs to not be so in the background.
MANTA Board: I'd very much like to do these:
Whale Helpers: I kiiiind of want Vince to do what he does best and target some buyers, and if I can get him together with another sneaky type they could set up a meet in Eltrut under the pretence of a meeting. Two problems though: Vincent only has the slightest idea that whales are being hunted, and absolutely doesn't know the names of any hunters that've been caught. If he can meet someone that has some skin in this, that would be wonderful.
Also I'm very interested in raiding site locations! With the above caveats. Vince will need to know about the operation, and will need to know a location before he's raiding anything. Help me out. Pwease?
Bounty: Little Red Riding Hood- This one looks spooky and this boy loves spooky things. I'll have this as an open post, but if anyone wants to join in the fun, you're more than welcome!
Pebbles of Love- It's cute and this guy's really mushy on the inside. He won't be saying who his pebble is for, but I'm down for him to find other pickers on the way.
