Turo would allow Reno to borrow the ring! He'd want it out of practicality given how often he goes out, knowing that one of the registered places is the ship given it's fully upgraded would make his ability to get there and somewhere else just with that would just work well in his- well, work; taking care of plants, animals, and lab access.
