Our CR Meme CR Workship is where players can drop all the cool info for their characters and try to plot with others to continue existing or create new CR. Be sure to look over the MANTA Board as well as current events if you'd like to include them in your post.
We also include a designated toplevel for Crew Recruitment where players can make OOC ad posts for others to either join or request to join or make a crew. This is all for OOC coordination, so you'll have to figure out how it works ICly.
If you have multiple characters, make an individual toplevel for yourself with your player info and comment to it with each character separately.

Azul Ashengrotto | Twisted Wonderland | Paladin

Canon: Twisted Wonderland (end of Book 6)

About: Azul is a pretty boy based on the Disney Villain Ursula from Little Mermaid. As such, he is an octomer that is on the surface friendly and helpful, but in actuality can be rather greedy and more interested in building up wealth and power through his business ventures and magical contracts. That said, since he is new here, he is going to be trying his best to play nice so that he can build up some rapport and investigate the best avenues that will allow him to return home... but not be too entirely opposed to still making some money on the side and opening up his cafe/consultation office Mostro Lounge from back home here as well.
Abilities: Like the rest of his fellow mages at Night Raven College, Azul can cast magic spells, ranging from offensive elemental spells, flight, summoning objects, creating temporary barriers, etc. Most importantly however is his signature spell that he has developed, called "It's A Deal": the spell takes the form of a golden scroll that outlines a contract that must be followed between Azul and the other receiver. In exchange for Azul granting a "wish" or favor of the recipient's choosing (provided it is something that Azul is in fact actually capable of doing--he would not be able to say, magically teleport someone back home from here obviously) the other person gives up something of theirs in exchange either temporarily or permanently, which can be anything small from money to their own powers.
If a person does not follow through on their end of the deal, then either they are bound to work under him (a little sea anemone will sprout of a person's head and forcibly pull them along to follow a command Azul gives the person), or the person must trade one of their abilities or traits upon signing the scroll, and Azul will be able to continue using said ability as his own until the terms of the contract is concluded or the contract itself is destroyed. In addition to magic, a trade can even consist of a non-magical skill, such as being able to sing, swimming fast, or even the knowledge of how to speak beast language. Sometimes this can also be used to borrow a physical trait like a person's voice temporarily.
Azul is an octomer: his true form is that of a mermaid with octopus features. As such, he is able to swim farther/faster, breathe underwater, enhanced grip-strength, and has the use of his tentacles to grab and lift objects. He despises his octomer form, however, due to his insecurities regarding his appearance, so he will try to avoid being seen in this state very often.
PLANS
MANTA Board: Azul is going to have his eye on the tasks that are advertised as dealing out the largest monetary rewards since he is determined to acquire a good amount of wealth to help fund any plans for Mostro Lounge or other endeavors in the future. So we're currently looking at doing Steel Watchers, Sleep Now In Sapphire, and any of the bounties/specials if someone wants to team up with him for those?
Event: I haven't decided yet what Azul is going to be doing for the event, but I am more than open to making plans with anyone and tagging out to people regardless! Just let me know if there's something you wanna do with us for the event, or anything in general for this month!
CR Dreams: I know this is kind of a boring answer but I am down for anything! Friends, future employees/contractees, enemies, rivals, fellow paladins, corsairs to argue with, etc.

No real set plans, but I do wanna toss Leona more at Azul and end up seeing how it goes with them since they're both stuck in this world here together. Will they remain reluctant allies? Will they end up getting closer?
