SAIL WITH ME: OCTOBER 2024

An abbreviated version of our CR Workship! Same concept, just a lot smaller. If you have multiple characters, make an individual toplevel for yourself with your player info and comment to it with each character separately.

We also include a designated toplevel for Crew Recruitment where players can make OOC ad posts for others to either join or request to join or make a crew. This is all for OOC coordination, so you'll have to figure out how it works ICly.

About: Darin is your standard JRPG/Shounen style hot-blooded protagonist. He's a Master Blacksmith and runs the Starmetal Forge on Eltrut. He's bombastic and generally happy to help out but he's not afraid to speak his mind or say something rude or antagonistic. He's got super strength and resilience as well as the ability to heal at an accelerated rate due to the fact that he's got half the soul of a demonic god inside of him! He has lots of trauma about it!

PLANS

General: So, this month Darin is going to be in a way as the person he is completely and platonically interested in is on hiatus and thus coma-bubbled. Which means it's a perfect chance for him to make a lot of poor, uninformed decisions. He's currently looking to train his body to be able to withstand the use of his power so using it doesn't...you know. Kill him. So that includes both training his physical body as well as maybe doing some navel-gazing as to how to actually tap into his power! Darin's becoming more trusting with telling people what he is, especially if they seem like they want to help him. (You can absolutely use this against him, I welcome it.) At this point I'm just looking to get him out there more. Build more CR.
MANTA Board: Darin posted a job this month! He's the forgemaster looking to fight! He even has a place behind his forge where you can spar! So feel free to come challenge him or just ask why he wants to fight people so badly! I would also like to have him participate in Painted Skull-O-Lanters, and Sweet Dreams Are Made of These (he wants a plushie don't ask).

I'd also like to have him continue with the Infiltrate quest line as he and Sumina found some stuff. I'd also like to get him involved in the Underwater Ruins. I asked some questions last month that I never got to act on because the month got away from me. So I would love to get a small group together to pick at it!

Event: So, Darin is terrified of ghosts. He also doesn't really know what "Halloween" is in general so if anyone wants to deal with a 6'3", muscle-bound man freaking out and jumping at shadows, then let's do something fun. I'm totally down for having him get possessed OR have any of his CR be possessed and grief him.

Sherlock will be getting possessed by a child ghost, but he is also available for general ghost things and such
