PLAYER PLOT: Megamaki Madness

HELLO HELLO, everyone, it is I, your player of Ganondorf who has a devilish plan under his (singular) sleeve. As seen here (scroll down a bit) there appears to be some shenanigans going on regarding captured NPCs and Megamaki bits aboard the Desert Wind, and likely before too long one expects people to want to launch a rescue operation!

Sidestep, Reaper, and Ganondorf will be directly welcoming those who would like to interfere with the Dorf's business. However, to keep the players from being too overwhelmed, we will be limiting signups for the rescue log. Each of us will be posting a header thread on this post regarding our 'groups' and the maximum numbers we can take. Please note that while there is a HIGH chance for combat regardless of group, it is not the only option available!

The rescue log itself will be posted on the 14th of August partly because i have surgery on the 8th, wheeeee. Please note that things conducted before and after - eg, research/investigation, as well as any people looking to cure/treat the rescued or otherwise help them - can be conducted as you want without worrying about signing up. Said signup is ONLY for the rescue log itself, but questions about the plot can certainly be asked here as well.

Ganondorf will be within the brig and the Megamaki victims themselves. He will absolutely be physically assaulting anyone who tries to take them from him, and is perfectly willing to kill. In addition, this is an excellent way to get into Ganondorf's sights as a Potential Problem; he will likely look in to making your life miserable. Details will be discussed OOCly, but consider this your warning. ♥

Ranma's got experience fighting nigh-indestructible/killable pork men! He'd definitely be up for the challenge!

There's this very real part of me that wants to send Agatha mogrified as a cockroach on Ranma's shoulder. She'd be far more likely to try to sneak in undercover and free any hostages if she can.

I could accept her outside the player count if you wanted to run it that way. It's mostly DIRECT CONFRONTATION I'm concerned about handling; NPCwork, so to speak, shouldn't be that difficult for me.

Reaper will be on the decks of the ship, and doesn't actually have to be fought. Able to be reasoned with, even if there may still need to be something of a show of fighting before those who haven't 'snuck' past are allowed into the ship-

And possibly told where the brig is, exactly.

Only if he's willing to deal with an old(literally) military strategist and strike team leader/black ops commander... using a fuck load of smoke and mirrors to make it looks as well fought and realistic as possible. Can even possibly figure out he's not fighting an actual guy but something controlling what he's fighting.

Like legit he's willing to let people through if he thinks they can mange a rescue.

While the ones that Reaper personally kidnapped, he knows they are cutthroat criminals- it's a hope maybe this shit ill get them to be less likely to murder people if rescued.

Shoto is willing to deal with 99.9% of anyone and that sounds like game to him lol. He's a good strategist, just you know. Sheltered. lol! He is a superhero though, or at least one in training, so he's definitely willing to rescue someone, or to help clear the way for other people to rescue someone.

I think it'll be a fun match up! I have something unavoidable to do the 16th but other than that if you're alright with it, I'd love to!

Reaper's also an old Super Soldier- sort of like Captain American, but the scientist behind the Soldier Enhancement Program was Australian and some piece of work in her on rights. So legit, he can go toe-to-toe with a lot of shit as he was made to endure and survive all sorts of conditions against robots designed to take out humanity- and was already far too smart of a strategist before that. He's also got a sense for potential so the kid could be made a good 'distraction' to let others slip by.

I'm perfectly good with it!

TAKING ALL COMERS, 1 vs 1 or groups allowed

Sidestep (in Puppetmaster guise) is going to be on the docks handling the frontal assault. They enjoy a good fight but don't actually want to kill anyone, nor do they want Ganon's plot to succeed, so they'll mostly be trying to chase off people too weak to last in a fight against Ganon and dramatically finding ways to "lose" fights that they hope are convincing but may not actually be or fail to capture beaten opponents.
