Our CR Meme CR Workship is where players can drop all the cool info for their characters and try to plot with others to continue existing or create new CR. Be sure to look over the MANTA Board as well as current events if you'd like to include them in your post.
We also include a designated toplevel for Crew Recruitment where players can make OOC ad posts for others to either join or request to join or make a crew. This is all for OOC coordination, so you'll have to figure out how it works ICly.
If you have multiple characters, make an individual toplevel for yourself with your player info and comment to it with each character separately.

About: Princess of the fantasy kingdom of Hyrule who grew up under tremendous power to awaken her divine powers to save everybody from destruction. Except she couldn't, so most everybody died. :( One self-sacrifice and 100 years later, Hyrule is saved (for the moment) and Zelda gets to recover from her trauma and be happy. Generally, Zelda is a bright and friendly young woman who really, really likes science and has a bad habit of trying to sacrifice herself to save her kingdom.
Abilities: Hahahaha feel free to check out her app for a detailed run down of Zelda's abilities, but basically she has two kinds: light magic and time magic. Right now, she has a tattoo for her time magic and that's about as far as she's gotten. She also has her forbidden gummi but she won't be eating it i promise

Event: No TLs for me this time, but hoping to do a few tag outs. I'm gonna try to take it slow and play things by ear because I'm massively busy IRL right now.

I'm planning on TLing at the Garuda log At Some Point; if you'd rather them meet elsewhere I can do a closed starter or inbox thread. Miriam's pretty used to being a bodyguard for squishier scholarly types, so that'd be a handy way for them to meet. She was essentially raised by alchemists, so she'd find Zelda's interests familiar. And Zelda's, like, actually nice
and not doing unethical scienceso Miriam has no reason to distrust her.For later CR things, if Zelda's sealing power comes up Miriam would be immediately interested. The crystal flower things on her are basically trying to constantly grow and kill her, and while they're currently held in check by a seal she no longer has a backup in case that seal fails. Having a "break glass in case of horrible demon curse" option would be super helpful.

but wow it sounds like zelda and miriam will get along great! zelda is very ethical about science and would never force anyone to be part of an experiment (altho she won't hesitate to ask people to volunteer lmao). Also I would love to pursue this idea about miriam learning about zelda's sealing powers. In the past, I've had zelda create seals on other characters/their powers, so we could definitely explore something like that in the future

good good good I think that will work well! Zelda is USUALLY polite enough that she doesn't immediately ask folks about the weird crystals growing on their bodies, but she certainly will think about it a lot until she DOES finally ask

I can offer you (1) tiefling on fire (karlach from bg3) who will be comparably weird to someone from hyrule AND will take zelda on plenty of adventures. Smarts aren't her strong point, but she's got a big heart.
BUT I can also offer you (1) very old angel (aziraphale from good omens) who is a whole book nerd among other things. A more quiet and calm type of friend.

ANYWAYS HI HELLO you bring me two very compelling offers that I will struggle to choose between! Karlach would give Zelda big Gerudo warrior vibes and the Gerudo are like the ideal women as far as Zelda is concerned. And i deeply crave Zelda being taken on adventures. But I also think she would get along well with Aziraphale too, he's so freaking cute. And zelda is also a distant descendant of a goddess so there could be some interesting divine stuff to explore there maybe
