Character: Fyodor Dostoevsky Canon: manga chapter 112 / end of season 5 Armada: Paladin
About: Fyodor is from a canon which uses RL authors as characters and gives them abilities/powers based around their literary works. Sometimes the results are hilarious, case in point: Fyodor. He is one of the main antagonists in the series, usually appearing like fucking Batman on some rooftop and letting the wind sway his cloak. Aside from a plethora of crimes (and this man has done so. much. crime.) he enjoys religion, music and seeking for a book that allows the user to rewrite reality.
Fyodor is, at first glance, polite and seemingly harmless though he is not. He is constantly paying attention and trying to find out the ways to manipulate people around him.
Abilities: Great question--canon hasn't told us the inns and outs of Fyodor's power, for now it seems to be a touch that causes death but he has a measure of control over it. Of course, with that tattoo he's only regained a fraction of that, so if you touch him and he wants you to let go, you'll probably feel a stabbing pain.
This said, I will never use this ability without permission, which works out well because canonically Fyodor rarely has been shown to use his ability.
PLANS
General: Fyodor in canon has remarked that he has never had anyone in his life he could trust or felt connected to. LBR after what he's done in canon this man belongs in the garbage or prison or both, but I would like to explore the possibility of him being able to trust and relay on people since his lack of trust is what got him k'o.
Another long term wish is getting him his own spy network here because he needs to sit on a pile of secrets or else he gets bored.
Event: Probably tagging out because I am very slow to write top levels, if you want me to hit yours with a specific prompt I am more than happy to do so.
CR Dreams: Anything! Which is vague, but I would really enjoy him having to work together with people he just can't stand because it is the only way to survive and seeing how that slowly develops. Any big brain characters to throw philosophy and questions about religion with. Anyone who wants to be manipulated (nicely) into working for him!
