Here are the answers in order!

1) There is nothing in the archives about the stone itself, but there could be texts about similar relics that used blood and rituals to call upon undead. There is, however, conflicting information. Some texts say the ritual used the blood and sacrifice of the caster. Others say someone else must perform the ritual and use another sacrifice. Perhaps there are multiple different possible rituals, but hard to say as such things are forbidden in modern times. While it's always possible for something to happen underground, the last known widespread use of those rituals were centuries ago.

2) There will be no matches to the script specifically on the tombstone, but it can be noted that the engraving looks to be someone's handwriting. Perhaps a match could be made, but that would be a tall order. There are also certain phrases that are commonly used with sacrificial rituals that can be found.

3) There will be no ships found in modern times that is similar to the ghost ship. However, there are records and those who are well versed in ship history that would have recognized it as one that was used centuries before. We're leaving actual specifics of the type of ship a bit vague here, including exact years as the most important to note would be that this ship was old and indicates the crew as also long dead and gone.
