Depends on the crime—but for the most part, probably. An argument could reasonably be made that whatever the crime, they've served their time.

...Of course if those arrested escaped or broke out, well. Again it would depend on what it was unless the charges were false then that's another thing to add to their rap sheet! But if the charges were false then they'll let it slide this time...
