Definitely. It would be fun watching Reno work with another crafty bastard like Rufus, as well, though this time he won't be able to really sink his little fingies into the grand scheme of things. Honestly it would tempt him more, he's such a nosy brat. But that will be his sticking point.
He'll have to dance around Reno and Arlecchino both, or maybe work an unsteady alliance--all options for things to plot for! But on god, I'd pay you to help set up a bad-ass scene similar to what he did to the other chem barons at that meeting. That'd be so cool.
Yes! Sett will be familiar with the name Piltover, but not know much else. While he won't be a hindrance to Silco, he wouldn't be very interested in helping, either. He'd probably get on Silco's nerves as readily as the other shitty chem barons for his brutishness.
I do plan on having Sett gain some traction among corsairs by doing what he does best back home though, so even if it is just dominion over a bunch of brutes and gladiators, there might still be reasons for them to interact. If nothing else, Sett will enjoy giving him a hard time every so often.
