Low end, relentless teasing and peer pressure. Middle end, attempt to push into water. High end, YEET THE VICTORIAN oops he just blacked out in the water (but he has a bubble charm for this reason so he's not in risk of drowning)

The latter would be the most obvious with mental distress, but I also don't what to inflict the water panic on people who'd rather not
