1. Yes, if the potion/fertilizer is used on a tree it will make the tree grow rapidly as well! It will grow at about three times the speed so the tree should be mature in about 6 months to a year. We'll leave it up to you if the fruit that will be produced is edible or not. Enjoy and get growing!
