PLAYER INTRO: SEPTEMBER 2023

YO HO AND AHOY EVERYONE! This post is our catchall gathering place for all new and old players to meet and greet. Introduce yourself and the character you're bringing in, giving us whatever info you feel comfortable with! Don't forget to join the Discord server if you haven't already! The invite code will be in the app notice.

The CR Workship is also available for you to post into or check out and try to plot with others on there. Be sure to read our recent Captain's Log for any important announcements, and hop into our Maiden Voyage opening log! The Quest Board can also be found there.

Hello everyone!!! I'm Sheila, the game's resident list mod, and I am here with Benedikta Harman from Final Fantasy XVI and Tifa Lockhart from Final Fantasy VII (Remake flavour)!

🍃 Benedikta is first and foremost the Dominant of Garuda, Warden of the Wind, which means that she can transform into giant wind harpy kaiju! And she is also the commander of Waloed's Elite Intelligencers. She's a cutthroat woman, an excellent spy, a seductress, and uses whatever tools she has to get what she wants when she wants it, everyone else be damned. She'll be joining the Corsairs, so you better watch out! However, there's much more to her than meets the eye, and you shouldn't judge a book by its cover...

Because FFXVI is fairly new, and the game as well as her backstory deal with some pretty heavy themes, I have an opt-out post here. If you would like to avoid spoilers, any heavy subjects, or Benedikta in general, please fill it out!

🌠 And now for Tifa who is on the other side of the spectrum! She is about as Mom Friend as they get. She is kind, empathetic, patient, and is always looking out for others. But while she might seem like a social butterfly, she is much more reserved and shy than she appears, and keeps her emotions close. Deep down, she is defined by her grief and is incredibly self-critical, and takes on way too much at once. So please, someone remind her that it's okay for her to rely on others! Also, she'll be chilling with the Paladins and just trying to make life easier for everyone regardless of who they are!
